As consolidation has taken place in the sector many operators have had to examine their business strategy and make changes to address niche opportunities. Dealing with banks has become a more difficult task and securing finance for extensions or new facilities has become more demanding than obtaining planning consent in some cases. Through our project work we help clients grow and manage these changes in their business, improving efficiency and increasing turnover and profitability and helping directly with creating confidence with lenders.
